| PATIENT NOTICE Do you need to see a GP or could you be seen in the minor ailments clinic or by a Health Care Assistant? The Practice Nurse is available to treat and prescribe for minor ailments including: Coughs, Colds, Ear ache, Sore Throat, UTI, Skin Problems, Contraception, Pill checks, BP medication review Our Health Care Assistants are able to assist with: BP, ECG, Suture removal, Weight, Height, Dressing if already seen by the Practice Nurse, Pneumonia Vaccinations, B12 Injections and Ear Syringing. Patient Participation Group Patient's Voice We are looking for new members to join our group, could you give 1.5 hours per month to support your Patient Participation Group. You will help make the relationship between patients and our practice stronger, and help the practice create a modern and high quality provision for you and all the patients.
