Due to the current situation with COVID-19 the surgery is providing a restrictive service in order to protect our vulnerable patients and staff.
All appointments requests will be triaged by a Clinician. Please ring 01793 614840 for a telephone appointment. If you have been asked to come to the surgery please ring the buzzer. To maintain social distancing in the practice, please do NOT arrive any earlier than five minutes before your appointment. If you are early you may be asked to return closer to your appointment time
Please post prescriptions requests through the letter box these can be collected from the patient’s nominated pharmacy in 3 working days. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Face Covering
The latest Government advice is to wear face coverings in enclosed public spaces where it is hard to follow social distancing measures. With immediate effect we are asking ALL patients attending the surgery to wear a FACE COVERING to help us protect each other and reduce the spread of infection. Thank you for your co-operation.

We are an established surgery in West Swindon. We offer a high standard of patient centred healthcare to the local community.
We offer our patients a variety of appointments including book on the day, book in advance, online, telephone and video consultations.
The surgery is a member of the Brunel Healthcare Group and part of a primary care network alongside Ridge Green Surgery and North Swindon Practice. Together we are committed to ensuring patients within the local community have access to the best care possible within the resources that we have.
As part of the primary care network we have recently improved services by jointly employing a Paramedic to provide a home visiting service, a primary care Pharmacist to improve the quality and safety of prescribing, and also a Health and Wellbeing advisor whose role is to coordinate social initiatives and advise individual patients how they can improve their health through lifestyle changes.
In addition we also offer additional services including Counselling, Medication reviews, Diabetes Management, Blood Tests, Antenatal Care, Family Planning and Chronic Disease Management.
Further information on the services we provide and how to access them can be found within this Website.
